RE: #Needleworkmonday - christmas catch up

Hey there lady!! I have really missed you on here. I mentioned you in my #NeedleworkMonday post a couple of weeks ago. I knew you had been busy with your business and I just really missed hearing from you! I am so glad to see your work today. Those little penguins and mittens are the cutest!!! I look forward to seeing more of what you’ve been up to. So glad to have you back!! 😘

Helloooo missus! Thanks for your sweet words :) its nice to be back! I finally have a new boss at full time work, so the pressure is off a bit! Good start to 2018 :) happy you like my xmas bits and bobs - these were nice little projects to do on days off! Anyways, nice to hear from you - i saw you are trying your hand at knitting! Im sure anything you make will look beautiful. Speak soon lovely xx

You are so welcome! I am so glad some of the pressure has lifted off you.

Yes I am trying my hand at knitting. I didn’t really like how the chunky yarn was looking with the big needles so I went and got smaller needles and will use a regular size yarn. I’ll be posting about how that’s turning out in a few weeks. It is fun learning something new but I don’t think I will ever be as comfortable with knitting as I am with crocheting...only time will tell :) Thank you for always encouraging me~ 💕

Im kinda the same, although i started out knitting, then moved to crochet because i find it faster. Plus its ways easier to fix mistakes in crochet i think. I hate frogging knitting! Yeh i think the fine needles are easier to work with and at least you can see your stitches clearly once youve made your piece :) good luck!

Thank you! Yes I have already started over with that same piece several times because I don’t understand yet how to fix my mistakes when knitting. It was getting very frustrating. It is much easier fixing crochet errors.
