Dare to learn with me! Step by step tutorial, handmade soutache earrings with needle and glue my personal touch

in #needleworkmonday5 years ago

Hello dear readers; New week, new model !!! I thank the Universe for this new day of work to bring you an innovative and colorful model. This model is simple, easy to manufacture and can be used in day-to-day oufit. The manufacturing process is simple, I will explain it little by little according to the sequence of images, all the photos taken with the computer camera.

The collage is made with an excellent page called Befunky, I recommend it is easy and practical to use. I wish you like it, as you already know it more than my work, it is my passion, I love what I do, I share it with you with a lot of love ...

If you have a question, do not hesitate to write me, I will be happy to help you.

Materials:

Needle
Sewing thread
Mostacillas or canutillo split
Soutache yarn or rayon braid
Lighter
different pieces of nacre
Fabric or Coarse Leather
Flat tendril base
Strass 3 mm
Apply round 2 cm in diameter
Scissors
Liquid silicone
Encourage basic use when the task is important.
Eyebrow tweezers

Love, encouragement and patience ... Step by step we will learn!

Let's work: 🤗

STEP 1: Cut a piece of leather or thick fabric of 9 cm high by 10 cm wide, it is better than about and not lacking approximately 3 cm from the top we will place a little liquid silicon and so we go to stick a drop of mother-of-pearl of approximately 2 cm, if you do not have nacre you can use a drop-shaped applique, cut 3 threads of approximately 12 cm each, then around the mother-of-pearl we will place liquid silicon and with the help of the clamp we will stick the threads little by little to be glued completely spread liquid silicon on the sides.

STEP 2: Place liquid silicone on one side as shown in the first image and with the help of the clamp we will place a nacre stone that is smaller, approximately 0.8 mm, the thread that we have left to bend it to cover the mother-of-pearl, mark the thread that we have left over, cut, burn, put a little liquid silicon on the tip and with the help of the clip we introduce the tips on the bottom of the stone for a better finish.

STEP 3: Repeat the previous step of the opposite side little by little, at the end we must place liquid silicon all along the shore and with the help of the clamp we will stick mostacilla or canutillo broken step by step taking care not to dirty the top part with the glue , as you will see in the last image.

STEP 4: When finished gluing the split comb, cut 3 threads of approximately 13 cm long each, glue them under the split comb with a little liquid silicon on each end we must bend the remaining thread towards the inside, mark the remaining thread, cut, burn, introduce the tips from below, when we finish we put liquid silicone on the bottom of the strings already glued and paste the 3 mm strass well attached covering from end to end as in the last image.

STEP 5: I do not usually sew on the tendrils, but I think this is perfect. We will use needle for mostacilla is thinner than normal, cut 3 threads of approximately 12 cm long each, leave about 3 cm free, introduce the needle between the strands previously arranged one above the other, we begin to add beads or split canutillo according to our choice as many as you want will depend on how long you like it, when you finish inserting the canutillos you should return them by leaving a mostacilla on the outside as in the image number 7, sew the strips every 5 mm, you can place the stone that you want according to your taste and availability.

STEP 6: To finish we sew inside several times to close, cut the remaining thread. Below the strass previously glued we will place liquid silicon and we proceed to stick the threads that we cook, the remaining thread, we mark, we cut, the ends are burned and with the help of the pinza we introduce them below for a better finish, it should be as I show you in the sequence of images.

STEP 7: We are about to finish, 1 cm away from the tendril in the upper part, insert the base of flat tendril placing liquid silicone below and above it, stick a 1.3 cm nacre stone, spread liquid silicone around it , cut 3 threads of about 6 cm each, insert the ends under the tendril, stick them around the stone, cut the excess thread, burn the tips and insert it under the tendril as I show in the sequence of images, cut the remaining leather step by step pass the flame of the lighter all over the tendril to seal the threads, so we finished our tendril repeats the steps to make the pair
