Looove the vintage jacket and I love by gum, by golly‘s website. I used her tutorial for short row set in sleeves and found it super helpful. Besides, I want to have everything she knits or sews (and please don’t remind me, that I do not look like her.... I try to delude myself 😂)
ALso it is always helpful to hear about developments and initiatives on steemit... I am still a bit uninformed (I think I never self-voted?! Should I change this...?)
And it is absolutely great that you want to help some needleworkmonday accounts!!!!
And with the collar. I am looking forward to your own design. I still haven’t made one myself, but love Peter Pan collars on simple shirts - I so have to learn how to sew them. I own a vintage knitting book (thankfully recommended by @muscara) which has three different collar patterns. I will send you a message on discord, but I guess @fiberfrau‘s collar is more similar to your desired design.

I looked up the book and the page
Self-voting on posts - it's personal choice :) just the self voting on comments that drives me mad!
We'll see if we can grow some more needleworkers! that @fiberfrau gave on google and the instructions came up! I knitted mine using raglan increases as if I was knitting top down, and an extra increase at each end, but I didn't do as much length as recommended (4-4.5 inches) - a collar takes quite a lot of yarn, I guess similar to a hood.
Hooray! Sometimes being a librarian comes in handy. Glad you found the instructions.
