RE: How knitting and crochet helps to cope with pain and depression

I love the idea! I have not crocheted in forever....

Have you tried feverfew for headaches? You have to take it long term, its not like a pain reliever. I can't remember off the top of my head how exactly it helps, I think it had to do with circulation and the blood veins in your head. I always get migraines with my periods as well. I started taking feverfew on a daily basis, and the headaches went from painful regularity, down to only getting the feeling that one is coming, but it never comes, (if thatmakes sense), and they went away entirely! I, (like an idiot), quit taking it, and now my migraines are coming back so I need to order some more!
Anyway, thanks for the post! I enjoyed it! ♥

Oh no, I just read above that you have tried feverfew... Sorry!

No problem at all, I think every bit of new information is helpful. Maybe someone else reads this and has never heard of feverfew and now has learned about an alternative treatment option.
And I think I understand the feeling you describe. It may be the feeling I sometimes have before a migraine. A lingering 'half pain', which after hours develop into a full migraine.
It is so good feverfew helps you, because it has nearly no side-effects.
I hope your migraines will go away again 💕💕

Yes, you get it, haha.
Thank you very much and I hope you continue to find ways to manage yours, and maybe even make them go away! No one needs migraines, they're the worst!
