Trading cryptocurrencies can be extremely hard sometimes, and although the market is currently green on all fronts remember that this isn't always the case. Some cryptocurrencies allow you to earn dividends and make pasive income for yourself - I know some I don't even list here, but I'm giving you a list of the ones I'm personally investing in.
NEO
NEO is a non-divisible currency that will be capped at a 100 million supply. The cryptocurrency recently surged to about $75, but will soon go highe I believe as its market cap is just at $5 billion. It's essentially an Ethereum competitor, with the advantage that developers don't need to learn a specific programming language - like Solidity in Ethereum - and can even write dApps in Python.
NEO is like a company's share - a share of the blockchain - and gives you dividends in GAS, the divisible cryptocurrency meant to be used in its ecosystem ,just like the GAS in Ethereum. GAS is also limited to 100 million in supply so you know in the future the prices are going to go up. $75 is still cheap if you ask me.
Kuoin Shares
Kucoin is a cryptocurrency exchange with a ton of cryptocurrency trading pairs in it that uses a token, Kucoin Shares, to get people to invest in it as well. KuCoin shares are like the company's shares, and they pay out dividends according to the fees collected by KuCoin itself.
KuCoin is surging in trading volume in the last few months, and already has a mobile app for people to use. It's got a solid team behind it, so you know it's likely going to surge in the future - a big hold incentive is that it's also paying out daily dividends.
In both crypto's you will earn according to how much you have, but even small investmentscan be worth a LOT in the future - just imagine investing in Ethereum when it was at $50! (Bitcoin didn't seem like a fair comparison)
I was wondering how to receive the gas from owning NEO? Do you need the private keys? Am i giving binance my GAS by keeping NEO on the exchange? and which wallet do you use to keep NEO?
Binance distributes the GAS at the beginning of each month, they don't keep it. Only other exchange that does this is KuCoin.
I like the NEON wallet to keep my NEO but only small amounts. The big ones should go to a hardware wallet
