As a big fan of NEO, I definitely believe the day will come.

Three fundamental questions:

1. Where the blockchain is based?
2. Where are major end users?
3. What is NEO for?

• Decentralisation is not politically correct
• If anything would be posted onto the chain, censorship would no longer be there

There is one big point which lead me to say no. But on the other hand, nothing is impossible, maybe this big point will not interfere in any matter . They want to be the #1 blockchain, which does not mean they want to be most valuable thing in crypto.
