When it was Antshares and then again ($NEO) in the lower 20s USD. I'll buy more tomorrow even if it makes the 30s USD.
i dont think so.
eg when the Neo-price jumps to maybe 200 USD, it will be very difficult to send whole NEO-coins. if i want to send 1.5 Neo , its no possible now.
I have to decide 2 or 1 Neo. in my opines it is a big problem
