based on the results of research and discussion of research results from Trieng village, it can be concluded as follows:
- Practice of cooperation of rice field management in Trieng village of Matangkuli sub-district is caused by several factors, namely: to help relatives and neighbors, the extent of the rice fields owned, have jobs or other business, the health of rice field owners and the old age, where the owner of the rice field is far away. Practice of paddy field in Gampong Trieng Subdistrict of Matangkuli is a cooperation of paddy field management between paddy field owner and farmer, where the owner of paddy field provides seeds and wins the entire cost of rice field management while farmers only work on the results obtained divided by two (50:50) after paying zakat and other expenses that landowners have incurred.
According to the view of Islamic law, the practice of mawah sawah in Gampong Trieng Subdistrict of Matangkuli is classified in the muzara'ah contract and in its implementation has fulfilled the terms and conditions of muzara'ah according to the scholars of Shafi'i Schools in terms of contract, management and profit sharing and no form of muzara ' ah that is forbidden then in view of Islamic law practice mawah sawah that occurred in Gampong Trieng District of Matangkuli is legitimate and not contradict with Islamic law especially in Shafi'i school as a school that adopted majority of citizen of Gampong Trieng.

dari penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah penulis uraikan pada bab terdahulu, maka dapat diambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut:
- Praktik mawah sawah di Gampong Trieng Kecamatan Matangkuli dilatarbelakangi beberapa faktor yaitu : membantu saudara dan sesama, luasnya sawah yang dimiliki, mempunyai pekerjaan atau usaha lain, kesehatan pemilik sawah dan usia yang sudah uzur, tempat tinggal pemilik sawah yang jauh. Praktik mawah sawah di Gampong Trieng Kecamatan Matangkuli merupakan kerjasama pengelolaan sawah antara pemilik sawah dengan petani penggarap, dimana pemilik sawah menyediakan bibit dan menangung seluruh biaya pengelolaan sawah sedangkan petani penggarap hanya menggarap saja dengan hasil yang didapatkan dibagi dua (50 : 50) setelah membayar zakat dan biaya-biaya lainnya yang telah dikeluarkan pemilik lahan.
Menurut pandangan hukum Islam praktik mawah sawah di Gampong Trieng Kecamatan Matangkuli digolongkan dalam akad muzara’ah dan dalam pelaksanaannya telah memenuhi syarat dan ketentuan muzara’ah menurut ulama Mazhab Syafi’i baik dalam aspek akad, pengelolaan dan bagi hasilnya dan tidak terjadi bentuk muzara’ah yang dilarang maka dalam pandangan hukum Islam praktik mawah sawah yang terjadi di Gampong Trieng Kecamatan Matangkuli adalah sah dan tidak bertentangan dengan hukum Islam khususnya dalam mazhab Syafi’i sebagai mazhab yang dianut mayoritas warga Gampong Trieng.
