![]Hello ♥️ Hello, today I will make chili paste for you all to see. Let's talk about chili paste first. Chili paste has been around since ancient times. It is something that Thai people have known for a long time. For chili paste, there are chili paste with pork rinds, chili paste with minced pork, chili paste with shrimp paste, or plain chili paste which is the original taste since ancient times. Today, I will make an ancient chili paste which does not contain anything modern. Let's see the ingredients. Dried chili, shallots, garlic, tamarind juice, shrimp paste, fish sauce, palm sugar. These are the ingredients we will have to make an ancient chili paste. Let's see how to make it. How to make it The chili paste that we bought from the market, wash it clean, cut it in half, remove all the seeds inside, then dry it. The chili paste that we dried, fry it in oil, then set aside. Let's prepare to cut the shallots, cut the garlic, fry the shallots until fragrant and beautiful yellow, then scoop it up and set aside. Then add the garlic, fry until beautiful yellow, then set aside. Wrap the shrimp paste in banana leaves and grill it over the fire until the shrimp paste is fragrant, then set aside. Squeeze the tamarind, leaving only the water. Set aside. Let's pound the chili. The chili paste that we fried, pound it until fine, then add the fried shallots, fried garlic, pound it together, then add the shrimp paste. When we pound everything finely, scoop it up and set aside. Heat the pan, put the chili paste and all the ingredients that we pounded in the oil, stir-fry it continuously. We will add the tamarind juice, coconut sugar, and fish sauce. Mix and stir-fry until everything is well mixed, then taste it to get 3 flavors: sour, salty, spicy, and sweet. In total, you will get 4 flavors. Flavor: sour, salty, spicy, and sweet. For our traditional chili paste, when we stir-fry everything, it's done. If we have dried shrimp or dried shrimp, we'll put them in at this point and mix them together. But if we don't have any, we're done here. Or anyone can add fried pork rinds. It's up to us to modify it. Thai food doesn't have a fixed recipe. The same goes for chili paste. There's no fixed center. It depends on what you like to put in. This is done for our chili paste. I'll show you a picture of the ingredients. Anyone who can make chili paste can do it. I'll tell you how to do it in detail. For this post, thank you very much for watching the post. I hope it's useful for everyone. For this post, goodbye.)
