Birds are wonderful, they delight us with their songs, with their melodies; In addition, they are very beautiful, when we see a bird, with its plumage and its brightness, it always distracts us and takes us out of the routine monotony; they fly from one place to another looking for food, water and a partner, and they are happy like that, in freedom; we must leave them in their natural habitat and protect them. I have always said that if we want birds, we should plant a tree (or a small plant) in our home, and we will have birds visiting us every day...
Regarding the drawing, the materials and tools that I have used for its preparation are the following:
A graphite pencil.
An eraser.
A letter size white sheet.
Chalks of different colors.
As can be seen in the previous image, the first step I have taken has been to draw the base lines, the silhouette of the bird (with special emphasis on the wings of the animal).
Next, with a black chalk, I have highlighted the external lines of the wings and the lines of the internal plumage; and I have started to paint the feathers with red, yellow and blue chalk..
So I have continued with this dynamic, until I finish painting the wings, to then paint over them with a green chalk, trying to obtain the color of the plumage of the parrots or parakeets, in which green is observed as the main color, but they are noticeable. certain shades of yellow, red and blue.
