If you want to create some good looking AI images, MidJourney used to be the only option. DALL E 2 was pants, if I'm being honest. It couldn't follow instructions well and the images while looking somewhat close to the prompt, were always missing some aspect.
DALL.E 3 is a massive upgrade and apart from producing high quality images, one of the best features is that you can create a character which you can then have the model illustrate it in different scenes and scenarios.
Now, I just learnt that Bing Image Creator gives you 100 free images and you can top up the credits for free with your Microsoft points or whatever they're calling them.
Here's OpenAI's demo video of DALL.E 3 for you to see how amazing it is. Now, there are safety limitations to this and you might be better off running StableDiffusion off your local machine or on a cloud hosted machine if you need something that's NSFW.
If you're into image creation, you're going to have a lot of fun, I'm sure.
