The crypto influence has grown from when some of us took an interest in crypto. This is something I always say which I think is partially true. These days there is a lot of information about this stuff and then there are also people who are knowledgeable about these topics.
Nevertheless, there are still people who think crypto is some type of scam and will prefer to be as far away from it as possible. Yes, even though people use it for all types of scams it still doesn’t make it illegal. Crypto has been a wake-up call for people who want to be financially free and then I think we should take it seriously. I say that things have changed now because back in the day there wasn’t a lot of noise about Web 3 as there is now. Web 3 has made it easy and simple for people to understand the crypto space without going through all the hustle to understand these things.
I’ll talk about how I started trading and some of the strategies I’ve adopted which sincerely help me with a lot of types but then those same strategies fail me at times; that’s how the crypto industry is, there are moments when you feel like a genius and then after a few minutes you feel dumb.
So a few years back I decided to step into the crypto game. I think the first time I took so much interest in it was when I was in senior high. I had a huge interest in Bitcoin which made me do my research on it and all the others. It was a brief research though as I didn’t do a hoot about it. I created a paxful account where one could buy Bitcoin, USDT and eth on it. The account was only created but was left dormant until I completed senior high. My first trade or the first trade that I made there was in ETH. ETH had just come out at that time and was just crossing a little over 400 dollars. As a new trader, it was not that much but then that was how I started to trade.

Over the last few years, I’ve done leveraged trading and spot trading mainly. When it comes to spot trading I mostly scalp. For now, I’ve decided that I’ll stop leveraging for a while until I get an asset which is declining or hit by the news.
That’s the strategy I used for leverage trading until I got greedy and wanted to leverage all day. But all that has stopped now.
What strategies am I adapting now?
For now, I want to hodl. I’ve set sights on some crypto tokens that I’d love to hold for at least five years. For some, I’ve started accumulating and there are others I haven’t started accumulating yet but I’d start pretty soon. This goes for both hive engine tokens and other crypto tokens. For now am not hell-bent on having a lot of hive power as I have my sights set on different things.
So let’s see how it goes. Am not just a Web 3 enthusiast, am pretty much vested in it with my all.
