Check the music community here: https://beta.steemit.com/trending/hive-193816 - it is still in the beta testing but looks good. You can create your own communities. The music one would love you to have as creator and moderator if you like.
I am not here since the beginning but earlier than others but even when I started did not understand anything and stopped to return after 6 months :-).
Property is good but depends on price and location and other soft factors.
Thanks for the heads up. I'm still a bit slow on the communities front, not really sure about how they work fully as I use SteemPeak now and pretty happy with the way that works. Let me know what tags I need to use to get involved with the community - I mainly use #music as the first one.
Yes I have to consider a lot with buying a house but one thing's for sure - I need to save A LOT of money haha!
