Hello guys happy weekend to you all hope you all are fearing perfectly well? It's been awhile I made any post due to some issues but am glad am back but to be honest with you guys the stress banks are causing individuals is really something to worry about and after the stress I went through this pass days am starting to think of other options to save my money.
Last week firday I started facing some issues with my bank because of some money transferred into it so I went to the union bank in my community on Monday but it was closed so when I asked the security man when they will open he said it will be January so I had to go to another union bank in another community on Wednesday to know what the problem was and I was informed that it's a student account and the money transferred into it is much so I should bring my electricity bill and my ID to upgrade my account so I can be making transactions because I can't do that at this moment.
On getting home I started looking for electricity bill because we don't have any at home because we have not been given electricity for a while now but fortunately for me I got one so I took it to the bank yesterday which was firday to summit the electricity bill and my ID card so I can withdraw because I need money to take care of things in school.
On getting to the bank, I suddenly started feeling dizzy and I really don't know why because I was okay when I left home so after summiting my electricity bill and my ID card the bank attendant went through it and said I can't use it because the electricity bill is an old so it can't be used. I was got more weeker when I heard it so after sitting for a while the bank attendant ask me to go and bring my house rent receipt or a bank statement from my other bank or a new electricity bill.
I had to go back to my community so I can get my bank statement from Zenith because the union bank is in another community and to travel there is a 30 minutes drive and the whole stress through and flow is getting me more weeker so I just try to use the little strength I have to make sure I archive my mission so after getting the bank statement I had to travel back and on getting there they said they can't accept the bank statement because it doesn't contain my house address.
I really because angry because I don't have any strength left in me so I asked him what he wants me to do because I really need money then he said the only way out is to get a recent electricity bill or bring my house rent receipt on Monday because it's already 2:00 pm and they will be closing any moment from now. I had no choice then to go home and rest before my condition get worsen.
I had to take milk and malt as soon as I got home just to gain some strength before I bath and had some rest but to be sincere banks are not really helping at all so they should better step up and make things easy for their customers.
So sorry for the stress you undergo. Try to get all the requirements for the back to attend to you @princesshope

Sorry for the stress. Our Banks can really put stress on us, they can really make you fell bad.
Yes oo they are not helping matters.
Sorry for the stress! It's always like that but I think sometimes it's because of limited hands and poor network.
My case is not an issue of network.
