RE: Neurofeedback and my journey to it.

in #neurofeedback3 years ago (edited)

It is apart of the journey. I kept the post short because the last part has a lot of vital information for people curious on the subject. It is a lot to digest. I figured anyone actually reading would need to spend sometime looking into the matter. Plus, spending all day reading posts and comments I understand there is a time limit for people's attention.

I had a neutral experience. My near sightedness improved by half, I only need Glasses at night really to drive now. It has allowed me to be able to meditate better and understand my brain better and it gave me glimpses into what potentials my brain could be at. It is just expensive and for more serious conditions/ prolonged thought patterns the treatment is needed more frequently.

There was twists and turns along the way. I'll slowly tell the story on. I am trying to post once a week.

I feel better now mostly. Just dizzy a lot but can remedy with extensively meditating.
