A leader is one who influences a group of people towards achieving of a goal. As a leader we should be able to influence the people around us positively and drive them to achieving purpose.
A leader most be able to cultivate the habit of selfless service and always ready to take the bull by the horn.
A can do leader most not mine being in the minority. He has an independent opinion about what to do and sees good and positive things. So as a leader will most be positive about every project we are embarking on.
Moreover, a can do leader goes into action at once without any procrastination and delay because he bbelieves that every project can and should start immediately if it is to succeed. As a can do leader, we most not allow any negative people to influence us, but rather we should influence them.
In addition, a can do leader is ready to fight, take risk and die for a course he believes in as he is not intimidated by the enemy but rather he draws strength from criticisms and blackmail. A can do leader always want to read and learn new ways of doing things.
In conclusion, he fears and knows his God!
