Basically for the beginning just comment on stuff you find interesting
in a way that discusses what you've read. Don't explicitly ask for followers. That fires back.

There are plenty of articles giving tips about how to do it best.Later make an post about yourself (tagged with #introduceyourself).
Btw: Avoid a sloppy writing style. Use just one comma "," not ",,,,,,,", start sentences with capital letters and avoid all but the most common short-hands. That is, avoid things like "fst" for "first". This will be received much better.
