I would put the tree upside down, so that those roots are expressed...and the name on the top of it ;)

hands could easily reach down as well, however, the head shall be placed up... the text could be bent as a crown of the tree... there are many options, but I think it should say "roots" more :-)

The many colors make you feel the child side. The light green tree in the front, it looks like a child and the one behind, like the parent holding the child's arms
