    A series of one-paragraph posts or posts that just link to YouTube videos are unlikely to yield any traction. Is that what successful posters here do? No.

    Read posts from successful Steemians. Emulate them.

    Build it and they will come.

    I'm new but am very please with people showing genuine intrest to me here, I'm use to twitter and found I only ever got a few comment on there in a whole year of being there. Stick at it and overtime more people will follow you. :)

    I just started as well, and I'm learning more about the community by reading, lurking, and replying to a lot. I've seen replies get upvoted more than original posts, if they're worth it. Keep posting what you feel!
