I am going to throw you an idea to chew on. I am asking for honest first impressions regarding a possible crypto token that could disrupt.. Well.. Everything..
This is a rough basic outline and not a full whitepaper. If you have anything honest and constructive about the idea, I would be grateful if you would share.
So, the concept appealed to me, then it kind of built itself.
INTRODUCING THE RADICAL CHANGE TOKEN (RCT)
In postmodern America today, it is almost certain that none of us can claim complete ignorance to the fact that our policymakers are corrupt on some level.
We have all experienced the consequences of their greedy maneuvers. We all feel futility when pondering solutions.

Recently, i have taken serious interest in crypto currency. Via the romantic fusion of technology and digital currencies, an idea can become merged or fixed to a symbol. A token of the idea.

Almost anything can be tokenized. Entire industries are being disrupted. It is entirely possible to usher in our own age of prosperity without the aid (or permission) of the establishment.

The Gist
Moving on, the token attributes will differ than most coins, although some attributes are needed from most coin types. I was thinking that the token would essentially represent support to a lobby group. A new one. A Poor man's lobby, if you will.
The taxes paid by us collectively fund almost or more than half of their collective revenue. What i propose is a voluntary tax or donation that will go towards something other than war or oppressive policy. Where exactly? Well we havent decided yet.
I feel it necessary to add that this token will not have stored value thay can be spent directly. The investment would yield divedends that transcend currency. The best result we can hope for is to show them that they are only unnecessary as they are expensive. At the very least we force them to stop the lobby by simply capitalizing in our interest.
If you are unfamiliar with the term, a lobby is a representative of a group that persuade lawmakers to regulate or deregulate in their favor. They promise jobs, use monetary contributions, and other methods of questionable ethics to facilitate change that preserves their way.
This token is not a currency. The variable here will be the similarity to the other tokens in terms function, however appearing unchanged on the surface. The tokens would determine access to events, raise awareness, and develop the platform necessary to facilitate positive outcomes directly.
Satisfying the greedy tyrant with cash, we can urge him to consider our interests. We then recoup lobby expenditures as a write off. All same as them. I doubt they enjoy lobby practice when they can not be paid to have our needs go unheard.
Legally we have no hurdles. We will use the same avenues and loopholes as they do. Fiscally, we do have limits as individuals. We can overcome this by use of the token.

If we came together exchanged ideas; taking them to fruition would merely be a next step.

Normally, i stand firm against lobbies in every way. It is a bribe. Nothing more. We have representatives appointed to act in our interests. And they do not. But the rct will. Its a poor mans lobby. We will not lobby for profit. We will lobby for the rights and freedoms that we were promised to us. Money can not ruin a decentralized idea. It can only satisfy requirements in play to prevent... Winning.
Normally, the lobby of any given interest does not see much in the way of competition. But RCT will become a thinktank lobby. The token fund gives everyone a voice. It will be a collaborative and ongoing forum directly influencing change by taking advantage of the numbers and ideas we have. You can not get a visit for five dollars. But you can if 5,000,000 people have 5 dollars... Well you get it. Money talks.

So the coin would have a fund or account opened. Rather than use fiat dolllars, a relatively stable crypto coin is ideally suited for the purposes. An example is ethereum or even steem. The coin is valued at the balance of the account. The account reflects funds that go toward the platform. There has to he a platform where free speech can occur. The token account would fund its creation if necessary. The transparency provided by the blockchain will ensure honest allocation of funds as prescribed by the token holders.
It is a grassroots campaign. There are not restrictions of any kind. Anyone who wants to get involved can. But regardless of investment amount, all have an equal vote. Using the platform to exchange ideas, we can do more than envision a world fit for life to thrive. We can do it!
Not limiting the token fund to lobby specifically. We could raise awareness by way of publicity stunts, ads, art, or any medium you can think of. The momentum generated by our collective effort and brainstorming will not go unnoticed.
The RCT will provide or create a safe place to exchange ideas. To my knowledge there is not a proper platform to exchange these ideas freely. (With the notable exception of our beloved steemit)
An example of this is to witness the censorship taking place on facebook. They actively silence those who speak truth.

We aim to restore free speech and the constitution. We can teach one another objective truth. We can have tough conversations. Apps can be made that streamline participation. Voting, among other things can be done simply in contrast to the traditional methods we have not seen results from.
With enough momentum this idea can balloon into a true engine of change. You know what they say about ideas..
"Nothing is more powerful than an idea who's time has come."

We may all want to do more, say more, and care more if we thought it would not be wasted effort. A new token may have to be distributed to facilitate transactions (provided that enough growth and use of platform are sufficient).
Why wait for god and government to do for us what we can do ourselves?

I know its rough. The ideas put forth here are coming to me faster than i can put them down. Even into the final revision, my ideas seem sporatically mentioned.

Very nicely written, Love. While I subscribe to more the Anarcho-Capitalist philosophy, I am definitely looking forward to the conversations this piece will inspire as the ideas are fine tuned.

So many of these millionaire assholes. Appointed to do ONE JOB. We have allowed them to fail miserably for years. Now here we are feeling compelled to just do their job. Their salaries need to be removed if you do it for free bro.
Yeah. There are numerous articles surfacing depicting these children of all backgrounds 12-17 going to congress pleading with them to do their jobs.
These crimes have robbed children of childhood. We can not continue kicking the can down the road. :\
