よく耳にするようになったのは最近ですが、イタリアの各地で昔から作られていたそうです。白ブドウの種も皮も入れて醸造するそうです。
フランスでも作られてますが、酸が強くて梅酒みたいなものが多いというお話しでした。
これは、シチリア産。
