Become a Crypto Farmer?

Phew! What a cranium crunching catapult through the crypto world I'm going through. Let me preface this by saying that I am a complete newbie to the crypto world, and I'm learning everyday. First it's my exposure to Bitcoin, that led me to Litecoin, then to Steem Dollar and then onto Etheruem, which are all crypto currencies, and now I've levelled up to Crypto Farming.

Aside from your conventional crypto mining using Linux, etc, it's a new type of farming using the storage space inside your computer, enabling a global network to flow. So, in essence, your computer is earning its owner money for just being switched on and functioning normally.

It was a company called MaidSafe https://maidsafe.net & Safecoin, that then led me to a platform called Burst and it's cryptocurrency Burstcoin, both of which monetarily reward users for usage of the their computer hard drive. There is also a platform called Yours - https://www.yours.org that you might want to check out, which is similar to DECENT- https://decent.ch, in the respect that the reader pays the author directly, which is a model currently used by newspapers, so a reader would see a small piece, and pay to read the rest of the article.

Steemit does seem to be in a league of its own, and has a different flavour to its model. Anyone on the internet can view your work, but it is only the users within the Steemit community that can add any real value to it. I'm certainly going to venture up the pole to the unknown, and see what this HDD Crypto farming is all about.
