Shogun by James Clavell. I have a fascination with Japanese culture that when I first read this book I was awed that even though it is fiction it is still rich in history and culture.

Sounds like a good, historical book.
It tells of classes and hierarchy during the shogunate era. It talks of war strategies, loyalty, even describing the way they dress and lots of other things. I think I might read it again lol!
