RE: No one likes a quitter

bahahaha, had to do it. Anyway, I have felt the way you do and still do for the most part, One thing I have noticed in my 3 + months here, is that since the value of crypto has dropped, so have the number of people posting/following, etc. I think that points to a fact of life for Steemit, there are/were a lot of people here, just about the money. But I get frustrated with the number of votes I get on some posts, I also find it hard to gain valued followers with the limits on voting power, you are basically limited to how many votes you can give in a day and without the power of percentage voting until you have a lot of SP ( for us noobs anyway), that doesn't help. I don't agree with your assessment of Facebook though, even with the way too many political posts (have increased exponentially since Trump has been in office, and the tons of people who just reshare videos of crap, I still get most of my hobby business through it and I have a much more solid backing there, so I will never let FB go. But I have received great support from #newbieresteemday and @beeyou, which is awesome. Unfortunately I have reached the deadly "too much SP for a Newbie, not enough SP to really mean anything" zone. Random post support from the @curie group has also been welcomed but one post in ten is like that with crumbs in between. It is hard to generate a lot of enthusiasm to post a quality post when I do almost as well with posting about a beer I drank. Too long of a rant, sorry. You post was a good read though. Have to suppose the fellow Montanan's on here.

Never too long of a rant! I’m short on time at the moment to respond fully to your thoughts, but I can say I agree! It will be interesting to see where blockchain and crypto takes us in the upcoming months and years. Also... I would fully support a Coldsmoke post. 🍻

I think I already did a Coldsmoke post a while back. You are too late!
