The idea was to write a good quality blog post describing the most helpful person you have come across on Steemit.
Now the key words here were good quality so that is what my main focus was in deciding to choose the winner and when you visit the winning blog I’m sure you will all agree that their post was indeed the one worthy of the prize of 2 shares in steembasicincome
So without further ado, the winner of the 2 shares in #steembasicincome was @terminallyill and you can read his winning post here
Now it just so happens that I wrote an entire blog post about @terminallyill the other day as I was so impressed with the quality of his posts and let’s face it, the whole idea on Steemit is to post good quality posts to make it a great place to hang out and make the platform self-promoting. It also just so happens that he wrote his competition entry about me but that wasn’t taken into account in deciding who would win. It was all to do with Post quality.
**If you are interested in reading the blog post I wrote about @terminallyill **you can read it here
So I would love your feedback on the entries to the competition to know whether you think it’s the best quality post.
So congratulations to @terminallyill on winning 2 shares in #steembasicincome and expect to start seeing votes from them on your future posts. They will likely be from an account called @sbi2 or something similar.
Well done @terminallyill

Congrats to you again!!
It was a wonderful tribute and very humbling. It’s one thing about Steemit that I never expected and that I wouldn’t imagine would ever happen on a platform like Facebook or twitter. Steemit does seem to make the world a better place
