Hello readers!
I haven't been posting much lately because I've finally moved into my own home! So I've been up and down, unpacking, rearranging and cleaning since my last post.
Damien and I did some shopping over the weekend at Checkers and we got some of those little garden herbs and flowers. They're actually quite cute. Much cuter than I expected. So, I can say that I'm starting my own little herb garden!
Damien's finger is healing, it's looking great now! He's still a little scared that he won't be able to bend it and continue to use it as he did before. Looks like he is going to have to learn how to play guitar with his left hand.
Smog is settling in well, still running on her wheel every night. I've left her alone in her cage, I will only take her out on Friday. Reason for doing that is so that she can first get used to all the new sounds and smells before she starts to wonder around.
I cooked my first meal on the gas stove! It's so easy to use, haha! Damien taught me how it works so I didn't have to use Google. I cooked a very yummy chicken Ala king last night, and instead of using green peppers(Damien and I, both don't like green peppers that much) I used broccoli! Hmm yum, it was delicious. I have the left overs for lunch today.
Also, I kinda went over my food budget limit and I couldn't get my convection oven. But that's fine, there's always next month, or the month after, or black Friday or Christmas. Either way I will still get myself a convection oven!
