Fans who are looking forward to upcoming concerts by star violinist David Garrett (37) are bitterly disappointed: The health of the musician is still serious and does not allow the artist to be on stage. With David Garrett still suffering from a herniated disc and being treated for the complaints, more concerts will have to be canceled, his management now announced on the official Facebook page of the musician.
This continues David Garrett's Passion: Since the end of January , the star violinist had to cancel all appearances due to an acute herniated disc. If one was on the side of his management initially good things that the 37-year-old at least from the end of March would be fit again , now follows the bad news. Garrett can not perform until at least April 22 of this year. This has now been announced on the official Facebook page of the artist.
What will happen to the scheduled David Garrett concerts after the tour cancellation?
Since it should be synonymous only a small consolation for the classical music fans that many of the planned concerts will take place under a different cast. Thus, David Garrett jumps in March 24 in Frankfurt and March 27 in Wiesbaden each of the Australian-Taiwan violinist Ray Chen (29), who jumped in the past few weeks as a short-term replacement in the breach. The performances with the Wiener Symphoniker in the Wiener Konzerthaus, on the other hand, will be performed by the Austrian Emmanuel Tjeknavorian (22). Performances in Mannheim, Regensburg, Essen and Moscow are completely canceled, to possible replacement dates nothing can be said yet.
