Hey Dave,
I'm posting this on this video because you delay and sometimes don't upload on YT, but you do often respond here. I'm writing in response to your 'Patreon Use Has Put Us Under Attack by Amazon' video, because I have some information you may be interested in:
It pains me to be the bearer of bad news, but you're clearly in complete violation of the terms of their service. Multiple articles prohibit any kind of business similar to yours using the service. Going in order of importance:
"Prohibited Items and Activities:"
'Membership Clubs — includes buyer clubs, membership clubs, and lifetime memberships or guarantees.'
...
I don't need to explain this. You're not allowed to use their service for membership programmes.
'Crowd funding or any activity related to soliciting contributions, donations, investments or pre-orders to fund the development of a product or a project.'
...
This one's a coup de grace too. It's almost hopeless to fight it, but it's not ironclad.
'Donations and Charitable Solicitations — includes charities and non-profit organizations without a valid 501(c)(3) tax exempt status, charitable solicitations, commercial fundraisers (including commercial co-venturers), or any activity associated with the solicitation of donations.'
...
This doesn't include just charities, it includes non charities. You might have a chance to fight this one, but it's the 3rd, not the first deadliest offence.

I'm not a lawyer, so if you have one of those, you're going to want to take his advice instead, but what I'd say is try and get your money out of them. I dont know if this contract stands up in court, a lot of boilerplate stuff doesn't, but I'd recommend at least trying. Even if you're not on the right side of the law you might have a chance by wearing them down with threats, because fighting anyone isn't usually worth the time of a corporation, so they may just cut you a cheque.
Anyways, I'm really sorry to hear this, and I hope it works out;
best of luck.
