The authorities found weapons, munition, explosives, remote control detonators and advanced communication devices hidden by the terrorist.
One of the top 3 officials in Iraq and a head of a national security agency are also involved in the chaos in the oil rich turbulence country.

These protests smell of foreign influence. You have nationalistic Iraqis mixed with US-backed Shia groups and Iran-backed Shia groups. Too complex for US audiences.
