West Virginia Completes First Blockchain-Supported State Elections
This is not my article, but a very interesting one that you may want to read. I said "blockchain-assisted" because only a very small group of voters actually voted using the blockchain system, a lot like a trial run.
Also, keep in mind that the blockchain is the ledger part of Bitcoin: this had nothing to do with Bitcoin itself. Still though it's neat to see the technology being implemented.
