...It is a month known for Thanksgiving in much of the western world. A month to be thankful, especially to God for all of the blessings He's bestowed, but it seems the many blessings America once had are dwindling. Many have turned to substance abuse and drugs which now has become their god. Angelus Domini posted the below articles stating, "The Lord arrived and took away America's blessings... The Newsweek article stated the following about life expectancy:
Life expectancy in the U.S. rose from 69.9 in 1959 to a peak of 78.9 in 2014. However, it fell for three years after 2014, reaching 78.6 years in 2017. This pattern emerged across racial and ethnic groups.
From 2010 to 2017, the rate of people dying in midlife rose from 328.5 deaths per 100,000 members of the U.S. population to 348.2. In addition, since 2010, adults as young as 25 to 34 years of age saw their chances of dying spike by 29 percent.
But between 1999 and 2017, deaths in midlife from drug overdoses increased by 386.5 percent from 6.7 deaths per 100,000 people to 32.5 deaths. The biggest increase was among 55 to 64 year olds, at 909.2 percent, from 2.3 deaths per 100,000 people to 23.5 deaths per 100,000. During this period, deaths from alcoholic liver disease spiked by 40.6 percent. At the same time, the suicide rate for people between 25 and 64 years old rose by 38.3 percent from 13.4 deaths to 18.6 deaths per 100,000 people. There was a significant increase in suicide among 55 to 64 year olds, increasing 55.9 percent from 12.2 deaths to 19 deaths per 100,000 people.
Obesity was also among the 35 causes of death highlighted in the study, with an increase in midlife mortality of 114.0 percent, from 1.3 deaths per 100,000 to 2.7 deaths per 100 000. High blood pressure, meanwhile, rose by 78.9 percent from 6.1 deaths per 100,000 to 11.0 deaths per 100,000.

It's clear to see that substance abuse of drugs and alcohol has really increased greatly causing more deaths, "386.5 percent of deaths per 100,000 people " in the U.S from 1999 and 2017. The MSN article stated that there are many factors but within the states that saw the highest rates "the opioid epidemic is a major driver of the worrisome numbers, but far from the sole cause."
About a third of the estimated 33,000 'excess deaths' that the study says occurred since 2010 were in just four states: Ohio, Pennsylvania, Kentucky and Indiana...
'It's supposed to be going down, as it is in other countries,' said the lead author of the report, Steven H. Woolf, director emeritus of the Center on Society and Health at Virginia Commonwealth University. 'The fact that that number is climbing, there's something terribly wrong.'

At the Ecumenical Order of Christ, there is a teaching about drugs that Christ himself affirms, and that is drugs are not acceptable. Only some prescription drugs if it is life-threatening, and an occasional glass of wine or beer in moderation, but otherwise no drugs allowed! Here is the teaching:
DRUGS
The word 'PHARMAKEIA' means 'sorcery', and the word 'pharmaceutical' is derived from. As you know, Lord RayEl left America, never to return, and declared his chastisement against it, and America's poisoning of the rest of the world.
If you've been watching recently, you've seen that all of our enemies are 'medicated Americans', quite evil and delusional, intoxicated by Satan's sorcery.
So now, when you read about Lord RayEl's chastisement of America in Revelation 18:23, you understand that the 'sorceries/pharmakeia' mentioned in the verse, is speaking of drugs.
Revelation 18:23 'And the light of a lamp will not appear to you again, and the voice of a groom and the voice of a bride will not be heard in you again, because your merchants had been great ones of The Earth, for by your sorceries you deceived all the nations!'

A glass of wine or beer at dinner can be beneficial to your health, 6 glasses is not.

Whether you believe Christ returned or not, people are turning to drugs instead of God, and that is the truth. It's time to choose the narrow path instead of the path to destruction that so many are taking. If you are having issues with substance abuse there are so many professionals and most likely someone in your community that can help you.
