Employment and company laws have been used as color of law attacks against basic rights for much time now.
This is a major flaw of groupthink and good intentions.
Many cite some balance that is needed.
Many tyrants cite need for thier rights to impose thier better viewpoints.

The issue of weapons in the US has been controversial for quite some time, they do not decide in spite of all the problems they generate in society, of course the big corporations influence because they manage large fortunes of money and goods, otherwise things were otherwise and there would be much more peace and tranquility ...
