Protesters protested when a white man shot a black boy in Pittsburgh, USA, when he was acquitted.

AP WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Several hundred civilians have flocked to the streets protesting when innocent Michael Roosfeld, a police officer in eastern Pittsburgh, was accused of shooting and murdering a black boy on Sunday (March 23)

Most of the protesters were white, and they gathered at the intersection of Freedom Corner in Pittsburgh on the afternoon.

One of them came up with a signpost that had the name of a black man killed by police all over the United States.

Rose 's father told protesters, "I just hope this does not happen again in our city."

After his speech, protesters marched into downtown Pittsburgh. Protesters blocked some of the streets and shouted, "Who did this? The police did it."

Police said no people were arrested or wounded.

Police also said they had five to eight bullets fired at the office of Patrick Tommy, a lawyer in Los Angeles earlier this morning, but no injuries were reported.

Roselfeld was charged with murdering a 17-year-old boy, Anthony Rose II, who was riding in an unlicensed taxi last June.

At the time, Rosfeld suddenly started running away when Ross Feldberg and his friend Zai Juan Hester ordered him to leave the taxi as a suspect in the shooting.

Ross Feld fired three rounds toward Rose, and Rose died with a bullet in his arm and face.

A jury consisting of seven men and five women, including three blacks the other day, was found guilty after four hours of deliberation.

Rose had two guns in the cab, and Hester was the actual gun fighter who fired a few minutes ago.
