He definitely stalling but we don't know why. Some people think that he is planning to mount a large offensive action. I will be away from the computer this morning as I need to travel 30 miles into Leon to look for a doctor that will do a c-section. I was hoping we will find help at the hospital.

Thank you, @geordieprepper! We are waiting to hear Ortega's answer to an ultimatum that the Bishops gave him on Thursday. We know the answer will be no and then who knows what will happen, but I am certain it won't be pretty...
