Hey Sam, I read your post yesterday but did not have time to reply. I wanted to tell you this- do you remember couple of years ago you were in a similar situation with your bank, as you got scammed, and also clicked on some bulgarian hacker not your bank website? I think that time it got sorted, and I just wanted to tell you I am sure it will this time as well, but I guess it is not necessary. Happy all is good as always :)

Hi! Yes, I do remember. Am conscious of some repetitive patterns in my life. And doing a lot of tapping at the moment to reset these. It's really amazing what can be achieved with tapping.
Thankfully all account issues are sorted now, just as they were before.
Difference is, this time I have helped a bunch of people on Steemit learn more about security by documenting it all and made a bunch of new friends in the process. Have been completely blown away by peoples' generosity here.
And learned some valuable lessons too :)
