Not trying to be condescending but how does it add up-
Atheism is the absence of belief and relying on evidence based facts , thus ,forming one's understanding of subject.
By your logic , Libertarianism is the absence of ideology :
Ideology : a system of ideas and ideals, especially one which forms the basis of economic or political theory and policy.
So if Libertarianism doesn't have any economic/political/policy implications , what does it stand for ? @chirieleison
Libertarians are only united in what they are against or what they don't believe is just. Criticisms of the government, police, the tax code, fiat currency etc. are common to all libertarians, but no two libertarians agree on a solution, what they think should replace our current institutions.

I see , i can agree with most of these issues as well but for different reasons and probably forsee different solutions to them.
