sorry for the promising topic up there, i had no choice but to use this kind of deeds to draw your attention.
i dont know if today im going to be straightforward as i usually am but ill try.
today i wanna talk about COPYRIGHTS.

so here what went on.i was doing my lets call it "business" a small project that would require a photo to be attached, then i thought to go to google of course and grab some photos, i mean theres tons of photos in google, so i know the basics of the COPYRIGHT stuff because, i mean im not a lawyer but i know that thats not an excuse however its the only excuse i could think right now to justify my lack of curiosity towards this topic which should be taken seriously.
so as i was saying i know a little about the COPYRIGHTS so as a precaution i always taken ive set a filter in google image to find photos to be REUSED and EDITED ill show the photo of the filter for those whom are not aware of this function of google, heres the photo:

so i selected the filter like as shown on the picture, the ive downloaded a couple of photos to put in my project to launch it, then somehow when i launched it, the owner of some photos ive downloaded reached me with an email complaining about the photos ive downloaded and "did not asked his permition to use".
ok first of all what i have done was to stop my project and take out the photos i used, not just his, i took out all of the photos, then I WAS READY TO ARGUMENT WITH HIM. although he has some reason to complain, it was his photos, i did not understand some points.

i did give credits to the owner of the photos although i didnt know them i wrote "the photos used in this project were downloaded from google i am not the creator of these photos therefore i do not deserve the credit for them".
i gave the owner the proper credit even though i didnt know their names.

another point is i used the FILTER at google to SEARCH for photos for REUSE AND EDIT, therefore if their photo was shown i guess it was at the list of photos to be reused and edited.

another point i dont get is, why? i mean get you had to make some effort to take those photos, it was hard to take them and so, but why? i dont understand if you took your photo and put it in some website and allowed google to tag it as an photo to be reused and edited why all this confusion with me using them, wasnt this the point of taking the photo at the first place?

Anyway, i want to warn you guys to be careful with the material you find online and use them, see if there is a copyright issue there before use them or else it could end everything for you.

And i want to let this be clear, i am not saying i am write nor the owner of the photo is, i am sharing facts, dont make conclusions for me.

i somehow urge to those artist creators whatever to try somehow to lock their content so that google wont show your content for example in google image, or more people will use things like photos thinking that there is not a copyright issue. please work this out so that what happened to me is not repeated.
