Bitcoin waging a war of its own
The SEC holdout is a good thing, I'm betting the answer to the ETF's is no at this point, so if they are holding out its most likely they want to approve them and are trying, but the coin has a lack of fundamentals thus putting them in a spot, without a really good disclosure.
