My former College where I went for my pursuit to get my supposed degree on Commerce which actually is a Catholic Nun's school is making its own mall beside the school campus. It is not surprising since that school really is known to be a rich school because they charge large tuition fees to their students brought about by deregulation by the government in the private school sector regarding freedom to hike tuition fees as long as they tell the students and parents that they would hike the fees which is really not that hard to do.
So that is the 1st mall that is being built right now. There are other shopping centers, there of them like Waltermart, Star Mall, SM Mall which is a branch of the most popular shopping center here in my country. I forgot the other mall but one is certain that one of these malls most probably will be a home for my favorite convenience store that serves my favorite rice in a bowl dish.
I just hope that someone would put up a franchise of "Ministop" in one of these shopping malls because the one that had a franchise in the city failed because maybe of its location. The location of these food establishments like convenience stores must be situated where the people goes by back and forth. Then from time to time they will pick up a customer that will make their business win and flourish.
If my favorite convenience store will be near our home then I will have the convenience of getting my food from them. It is a good news for me and I am happy that progress is going on near our town and it well will serve me good for my own special needs.

4 Mall? OMG!! that's so cool. I bet your neighbourhood would change totally,and your relatives would not have to travel long distance before they can get you certain products.
One thing I always appreciate about malls is that they are always air conditioned.

I find it ridiculous how high tuition can be at times.
It just isn't right. Especially considering that many people,
take on massive debt, to get an education they cannot afford,
an education that is becoming less valuable as time goes on.
You are so lucky. I have one mall near me, and I don't think I could even call it a mall, it is so small.
I wonder if it is a coincidence that the Catholic church is planning on building a mall in the capital city (about 60 miles from the town I live in).

High tuition fees chase the poor away from school because they can't afford the tuition fees.. Chief Obafemi awolowo is one of Nigeria political hero said that education is only weapon you can gave to your children.. Our Leader need to visit this high tuition fees because education is what can help the youth of now a days..
Because the youths of today is going to be tomorrow leader..the youth need to impact positive and education can enlighten them to know how to solve the current problem when they become the leaders of tomorrow..
