Rabu 13 Oktober 2017, seluruh mahasiswa Akkes mengikuti pengarahan Uji Kompetensi yang di adakan di aula Kampus Akkes sendiri, sekitar 200 mahasiswa lebih yang mengikuti pengerahan tersebut. Tak hanya Kampus Akkes, Uji Kompetensi tersebut juga di ikuti dari berbagai kampus lainnya.
Pengarahan tersebut dilakukan agar para peserta paham akan segala tatatertib yang berlaku dan mengerti cara-cara pengisian soal. Sehingga pada saat pelaksanaan Uji Kompetensi keesokan harinya berjalan dengan lancar.
Uji kompetensi merupakan suatu proses untuk mengukur pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap sesuai dengan standar profesi guna memberikan jaminan bahwa mereka mampu melaksanakan peran profesinya secara aman dan efektif di masyarakat. Uji kompetensi juga dapat di definisikan sebagai suatu proses untuk mendapatkan pengakuan terhadap kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh seorang tenaga kesehatan dalam menjalankan profesinya dengan cara mengukur pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap tenaga kesehatan sesuai dengan standar profesinya.
Tujuan dari mengikuti Uji Kompetensi adalah
- Menegakkan akuntabilitas professional perawat
- Menegakkan standar dan etik profesi dalam praktek.
- Cross check terhadap kompetensi lulusan suatu institusi pendidikan.
- Melindungi kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap profesi perawat.
- Uji kompetensi ditujukan untuk menjamin lulusan pendidikan tinggi kesehatan yang kompeten dan terstandar secara nasional.
- Mempertahankan mutu pelayanan kesehatan.
- Memberikan perlindungan kepada pasien atau klien dan masyarakat.
- Memberikan kepastian hukum kepada masyarakat dan tenaga kesehatan.
Competency Test Guidance at Akkes Campus North Aceh
Wednesday, October 13, 2017, all Akkes students follow the direction of Competency Test which was held in Akkes campus hall itself, about 200 more students who follow the deployment. Not only Akkes Campus, Competency Test is also followed from various other campuses.
The briefing is done so that the participants understand all the rules that apply and understand the ways of filling the question. So at the time of implementation of Competency Test the next day run smoothly.
Competence test is a process to measure knowledge, skill, and attitude according to professional standard in order to give assurance that they are able to perform their profession role safely and effectively in society. The competency test can also be defined as a process to gain recognition of the competence of a health worker in carrying out his profession by measuring the knowledge, skills and attitudes of health personnel in accordance with his professional standards.
The purpose of following the Competence Test is
- Enforcing professional accountability of nurses
- Enforcing standards and professional ethics in practice.
- Cross check on the competence of graduates of an educational institution.
- Protecting public confidence in the nursing profession.
- Competence test is aimed at ensuring competent and nationally standardized graduates of higher education.
- Maintaining the quality of health services.
- Provide protection to patients or clients and communities.
- Provide legal certainty to the public and health personnel.
2017年10月13日，星期三，所有Akkes学生都遵循在Akkes校园大厅内举办的能力测试方向，约有二百名学生遵循部署。不仅Akkes校园，其他校园也都遵循能力测试。
简报会是为了让参与者了解所有适用的规则，并了解填写问题的方法。所以在实施能力测试时，第二天运行顺利。
能力考核是按照专业标准衡量知识，技能和态度的过程，以确保他们能够在社会中安全有效地履行职业角色。胜任力测试也可以被定义为通过根据他的专业标准衡量卫生人员的知识，技能和态度来获得对卫生工作者执业能力的认可的过程。
