I don't think Trump will start a war with Iran. They are a hard country to get access to, logistically.
I don't see war happening. Trump is always rattling the saber to influence domestic political debate (just like a typical dictator).

I know there's a rich village culture in Iran that wont be effected so much by sanctions but it still hurt a lot of innocent people that happen to be in a country that US mining companies have targeted for takeover.
Who knows what kind of ways they will try to destabilise a stable country. Look what the Saudis, supported by the US, did in Syria.
David, what do you think of Iran and the AMIA and Israeli embassy bombings? You'd think someone with your background would mention that when explaining that supporting the Iran deal doesn't mean you like the regime.
