E-coin is the only one outside of the Top 5 making any progress. And that's probably due to the dump and pump going on right now.

Do you have any information on the pump and dump for E-coin, or just know that one is going on off of price jumps? (I'm assuming it's a pump and dump group as well, but haven't seen any information saying it is).
It's on YoBit ($89.70) and CoinExchange ($193.80). That's all you need to know.
On the C-CEX, which I haven't heard of, it is only $15.86.
Maybe when I am flush in cryptocash, I'll venture onto those exchanges that don't seem to be all that legit.
Now would be a good time to buy on YoBit and sell on CoinExchange.
