The ratings would be based on a model that analyzes thousands of data points on each coin's technology, usage, and trading patterns.

The value of each currency is based on its rating, its value is determined
As it says, an A or B rating means that is a buy. Based on all the criteria Weiss uses to determine the rating.
The lower ratings for the rest of the coins could be due to the recent correction.
