12/9/18: Apple has officially unveiled the iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max and iPhone XR at its much-hyped ‘Gather Round’ event. These three new iPhones for 2018 officially replace the iPhone X, which Apple pulled from its store after the announcement. So if you’re looking for a new “iPhone” this year, one of these three will have to be it.
This year’s new iPhones have arrived. The iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, and iPhone XR build upon the iPhone X, all coming with edge-to-edge displays, Face ID and a bevy of powerful cameras and processors.
Along with the phones, the brand launched Apple Watch Series 4. So what’s new this year lets find out
iPhone XS and XS Max:
That year for hardware improvement so nothing new on iPhone we get this year on design perspective but in hardware they improved alot

Apple Watch Series 4 :
Here we get a major update on watch series Electrocardiogram & Fall Detect looking pretty exiting to me

- Colors: Silver, Gold, Space Gray
- The new Apple Watch offers three new heart-monitoring features – low heart rate notification, heart rhythm screening, and ECG
- The new Apple Watch has electrodes at the back of the Watch, and the digital crown allows to take an ECG (electrocardiogram). The entire process takes only 30 seconds

Apple’s iPhone XS and XS Max are now available to pre-order, with shipping to begin on 21 September.
At the time of writing, all variants of the iPhone XS Max have sold out on the Apple website, with shipping now listed as ‘one to two weeks’. Some iPhone XS configurations have been quickly snapped up too, with all Space Grey models, and 64GB models in Silver and Gold, no longer shipping from 21 September.
Pre-orders for the iPhone XR begin on 19 October before the handset starts shipping on 26 October.
You can preorder Apple Watch Series 4 from Friday 14 Sept, and it will ship, and go on sale in shops, on 21 Sept.
Price:
Apple is taking pre-orders for the iPhone XS and XS Max. Here in Blighty, the iPhone XS will fetch £999, £1,149 and £1,349, while the iPhone XS Max will set you back £1,099, £1,249 and £1,449, respectively.
The iPhone XR, which will be offered with 64GB, 128GB or 256GB storage, will be priced at £749, £799 and £899, respectively, when it goes on sale next month.
The Watch 4, will be priced at $399 (with GPS) or $499 (with cellular).
