Supreme Court Blocks Biden's COVID Mandates

in #news3 years ago (edited)

The Supreme Court recently blocked Biden's COVID mandates for private businesses in the country but the rules are still going to apply to health care workers. While some are already celebrating that this is a win for those private businesses others aren't satisfied until they see all of the mandates removed entirely on this issue.

This is a highly polarizing issue today and has been for some time now.

The media has played a significant role in that with how they've reported on this issue.

Critical debate hasn't been encouraged but demonized, with anyone who questions those mandates being instantly labelled as a quack. We have even seen it happen to those who might be a virologist/immunologist who have specific knowledge and experience on this issue. Yes, even those who have worked on mRNA technology themselves throughout their career have been mocked and ridiculed for their opinion or questions posed.

The experience on the subject that such an individual has who has worked in this profession for example this cannot be compared to those who don't have a significant scientific understanding and background in this area. Regardless of the experience and qualifications of those doctors, nurses, scientists etc, the moment they seem to question the narrative they are attacked and ridiculed. They are fired and mocked. They get banned off of social media platforms or their posts are suddenly being shared with 'warning information' labels underneath them.

For those who want to have a critical discussion on this issue they quickly receive a variety of labels, from being anti-science, to anti-vaccine, or guilty of promoting vaccine hesitancy, and more. The effort to instantly ridicule other scientists as being 'anti science' if they want to think outside of the collective here is a bit ludicrous, is it not? It doesn't even make sense. But it works at shaming and promoting fear to the collective and encouraging people not to speak out, not to think for themselves, and just to follow along.

People around the world have lost friends over this issue, lost family members, quit jobs, suffered immense mental health anguish and psychological harm because of the pandemic. Anxiety has gotten worse for many during the pandemic and the conflict has been ripping friends and family apart

Apologizing for failing to do better

Just recently, one of Denmark's largest newspapers reportedly apologized for their journalistic failure in the ongoing reporting and publishing for the COVID issue. Why did they apologize? Because they say they didn't question the official reports from the government enough, they failed the public in doing so.

How many others are guilty of the same around the world?

Sort:

The truth deserves to be uncovered.

And everyone who is enforce these illegal mandates deserves to spend jail time as well as pay exorbitant fines.

Maybe that will help to pay for the past year of riots and the damage that the arsons have accumulated.

Many are guilty, including those who lap up anything the "news" tells them. They are all complicit.

Its simple.
The initiation of violence is never justified.
Meaning, the existance of a state, in any way, shape or form and state action of any kind is never justified.
Its not about covid. Its about rejecting the state entirely. I will NOT follow any laws the state makes just becouse they are laws. Got nothing to do with covid.

What is surprising is that they consecutively violate individual rights by design in favor of control and their agenda and “justice” does not condemn anyone.

Inadequate reportage and unverifiable information turning to news is a serious crime and should be treated as such. Fake news or unverifiable information could set a whole nation ablaze. Punitive measures/sanctions should be adequately meted on such outlets that publish unverifiable news to serve as deterrent to others
