They didn't have to be brought across the border illegally. If they want to help the children take them to a PORT OF ENTRY.
If a criminal drags a child across the border, it is still a crime.
They also are putting those children into extreme danger bringing them here.
Also if Trump is Hitler and things are so bad here then why do they all want to send their kids here anyway?

As to the Muslim ban/Travel ban. You may not think it is related in which case you have tunnel vision. It too deals directly with travel and immigration. If I bring up immigration of one type then invariably someone will switch their attack to the "muslim ban" which is not a muslim ban. I simply short circuited that attack by addressing it at the same time. It is very relevant. If you can't see it, not my problem. Yet I'll tell you now if you think you have the right to dictate the speech of others... shove those thoughts where the sun doesn't shine. ;) I'll speak how I want. I'll share my thoughts. I'll respect your right to do the same even when I dislike them, or disagree with them. No, this post is about blame. It's about blaming Trump. The real blame for damage to children is on their parents and/or smugglers who cross illegally into the US with them.

Don't like it, then probably you should REALLY think about what I say that is making you uncomfortable. Is the reason perhaps cognitive dissonance? It may not be, but I find in myself that when something I hear makes me uncomfortable it is cognitive dissonance stirring.

Yeah, I am pretty blunt. I didn't used to be. There is far too much trying not to offend people in the world right now and it is rotting people's minds. One day I decided I needed to stop doing it. People can be offended by literally anything.
My decision may have been wrong, but I am still in that mode until I determine whether I should or should not be.
EDIT: And yes as the other commentor pointed out the real blame is on their parents who chose illegal entry and committing a crime. They did not go to a port of entry. Lot's of bad stuff happens to children and kids all over the place. These cases though the blame is NOT on the place or the person running the place they have decided to travel often long distances to then illegally enter.
