Hello Steemians, this time I want to dedicate this post to a typical Peruvian drink, because I had the opportunity to travel to PERU and be delighted! Apart from that the Peruvian culture is part of my origins hahaha, super easy to prepare, ideal for meetings or as a companion of some food, so I hope that it is to your liking and if you want to try something different than what you are used to drink it I recommend with your eyes closed!
"Pisco sour is a cocktail prepared with pisco and lemon juice. The name comes from the union of the words "pisco" (a type of grape brandy) and "sour" (in reference to the family of cocktails that use lemon as part of their recipe) "
Ingredients (for 1 glass):
2 OZ liqueur - PISCO
1 OZ of juice or lemon juice.
1/2 EGG CLEAR (only the clear ... yes! Take the egg white to make the foam of the drink).
1 OZ of rubber syrup.
6 Ice Cubes.
3 drops of ANGOSTURA AMARGO
No matter what the Pisco brand is, in this case I use the following (it's not advertising):
PREPARATION:
First step: Place the glass to cool, so that the cold drink is kept longer
Second step: Place in the blender (if you do not have a shaker) the liqueur, lemon juice, the rubber syrup, the ½ egg white and finally the ice cubes, ready to liquefy !!
Important to note that the only thing that will be used will be the egg white
Third step: Serve the cocktail with the glass fresh from the refrigerator or freezer. If it is for more than one glass, I recommend serving the drink in 2 stages, so that all the foam does not remain in only one.
Fourth step: Place 3 drops of angostura bitterness in the cocktail. And if you want to give it a decorative touch, place a slice of lemon on it. HEALTH!!!
If you have all the ingredients available, I recommend that you risk preparing it or if you have the opportunity to travel to Peru do not miss the opportunity to try it.
Ps: REMEMBER TO RAISE THE MEASURES IN CASE OF PREPARING FOR MORE THAN ONE GLASS.
EXAMPLE FOR 2 GLASS: DOUBLE ALL MEASUREMENTS.
