I ended up living in hollywood for a couple of years - I loved it. If have constant sun - Im 80% to happy, wherever I am. I'm from country stock though, and as I get older, the more I love living back in nature.
The bungalow I have now is only 10 yards from the edge of jungle.
Cobra's are much nicer snakes than the human ones I come across

I spent a week in Texas oncee- mostly Austin - partying in my younger days on a road trip from NY to LA (doglegged across the country)

It was my experience that Cobra's were much less of a threat than rattlesnakes or lawyers.
