The United states federal or state governments could serve dead or aborted babies to their prison inmates, so long as it is nutritious. States would have sovereign immunity if they did so. But I suppose stem express would pay more for the body parts than the government would as food.

I am a christian, it is just one of those things you learn when you do 42 USC 1983/PLRA/RLUIPA litigation. Basically the jails/prisons can serve the inmates anything so long as inmates get 2 adequate meals a day that are nutritious.
Plain sad.
