The President said the US would provide humanitarian assistance to the people in Venezuela. Say what you want about President Trump, but at least this what I expect from the US. We should be helping. Many people countries should be helping.
Then I read that Venezuelans have lost an average of 19lbs in weight due to nationwide food shortages.
Where is the UN?
It's horrendous what is going on there and quite frankly I have been shocked it's taken this long for the US to say anything. After all, aren't we the country that uses how baby are being killed in other countries to go to war. And here is an entire country practically being starved.
Where is the Red Cross ?
Seriously, why the major humanitarian relief efforts for a Haiti earthquake and yet they Blue Helmets sit on their hands when it comes to Venezuela.

And where is the outrage and the water problems in Flint Michigan? The press is great at pointing out some issues and yet so quiet on others.
This is disgraceful what is happening to the people in this country.
I agree...you can actually read in studies that people are losing weight. How much longer do we need to wait?
But notice the US and others not come to their aid. What would happen if this happened in the US? Would the Red Cross help or watch?
